Target Information
HYOU1은 heat shock protein 70 계열에 속하며, ER 내 단백질 접힘과 분비에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 단백질 억제 시 세포자멸사(apoptosis)가 가속화되므로, 저산소 환경에서 세포 보호 기능을 하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 종양, 특히 유방암에서 발현이 증가하며 종양 침습성과 관련이 있습니다. 신호 펩타이드가 결여된 형태로 세포질에서 유지 기능을 수행하며, rat에서는 ER과 미토콘드리아 모두에 위치합니다.
