Target Information
EP300은 adenovirus E1A-associated cellular p300 transcriptional co-activator protein을 인코딩합니다. p300은 CPB(CREB-binding protein)와 서열상 유사하며, CREB 활성화를 통해 전사를 촉진할 수 있습니다. EP300의 활성은 adenovirus oncoprotein E1A에 의해 억제됩니다. 또한 EP300은 HIF1A(hypoxia-inducible factor 1 alpha)의 공동활성인자로 작용하여 VEGF와 같은 저산소 유도 유전자 발현에 관여합니다.
