Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The INK4 family proteins (p15INK4b, p16INK4a, p18INK4c, p19INK4d) inhibit CDK4 and CDK6, but not other CDKs such as cyclin E-Cdk2, cyclin A-Cdk2, or cyclin B-Cdk1.
These genes are expressed in distinct tissue-specific patterns, indicating non-redundant functions.
p18INK4c is expressed during the G1 to S transition in the eukaryotic cell cycle and is maximally induced as cells enter S-phase.
