Target Information
ArfGAP1은 406개의 아미노산으로 구성된 조절 단백질로, ADP ribosylation factor (ARF)의 GTPase 활성을 활성화하는 Arf-GAP 도메인을 포함하고 있습니다.
이 단백질은 ARF1의 GTP 결합 가수분해를 촉진하여 골지 유래 막과 소포에서 코트 단백질의 해리를 유도하고, 막 수송 및 소포 이동에서 중요한 역할을 합니다.
활성은 phosphoinositides에 의해 촉진되고, phosphatidylcholine에 의해 억제됩니다.
두 가지 전사 변이체가 보고되었으며, 대부분의 조직에서 보편적으로 발현됩니다.
