Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CTDSP2 is one of several small CTD phosphatases (SCP). It is proposed to act as an evolutionarily conserved transcriptional regulator that globally silences neuronal genes. Expression of CTDSP2 mRNA is enhanced in several cancer cell lines with CTDSP2 and CDK4 gene amplification, and CTDSP2 co-amplifies with CDK4 in some primary sarcomas. CTDSP2 may contribute to the development of a subset of sarcomas.
