Target Information
GPR132 (GPCR G2A)는 lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC)의 G-단백질 연결 수용체로, 염증 부위에서 LPC 수준을 감지하여 조직 침윤 세포와 자가면역 질환의 진행을 억제하는 역할을 할 수 있습니다. 또한 G2/M 체크포인트에서 유사분열을 지연시키며, T 및 B 세포와 기타 세포 유형이 증식을 늦추고 손상된 DNA를 복구하는 메커니즘으로 작용할 수 있습니다. 이 단백질은 대식세포와 림프구가 풍부한 조혈 조직(비장, 흉선)에서 높게 발현되며, 심장과 폐에서는 약하게 발현됩니다. 죽상동맥경화성 플라크에서는 지방 코어 주변과 어깨 부위에서 발현이 관찰되며, DNA 손상 유발제에 의해 유도됩니다.
