Target Information
Tetranectin (TN)은 Ca++에 결합하는 C-type lectin으로, 혈청 및 조직 단백질입니다. 20 kDa의 단량체 3개로 구성된 homotrimer 형태이며, 혈장 또는 혈청 내 농도는 약 10 mg/L입니다.
In vitro에서 TN은 plasminogen의 kringle 4 영역에 결합하여 poly-D-lysine 존재하에 tissue plasminogen activator에 의해 plasminogen이 plasmin으로 활성화되는 반응을 촉진합니다.
TN은 난소암에서 예후 마커로 잘 알려져 있습니다.
