SPATA13은 RHOA, RAC1, CDC42 GTPases에 대한 구아닌 뉴클레오타이드 교환 인자(GEF)로 작용합니다.
RAC1, PI3K, RHOA, AKT1 의존적 메커니즘을 통해 세포 이동 및 부착 조절에 관여하며, RAC1 및 CDC42 활성은 증가시키고 RHOA 활성은 감소시킵니다.
대장 종양 세포에서 JNK 신호 경로를 통한 MMP9 상향 조절에 필요하며, 종양 혈관 신생 및 장 선종 형성과 진행에 관여할 수 있습니다.
