Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, an additional desalting step is recommended (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
EDG2 (LPAR1) is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor family that binds lysophospholipids.
There are eight known members of the EDG receptor family, which are involved in regulating growth-related processes such as:
- Cellular proliferation
- Differentiation and survival
- Suppression of apoptosis
These receptors also mediate cytoskeleton-dependent effector functions including contraction, secretion, adhesion, and chemotaxis.
