Target Information
Myosin phosphatase는 세 개의 서브유닛으로 구성된 단백질 복합체로, 촉매 서브유닛(PP1c-delta), 큰 조절 서브유닛(MYPT), 작은 조절 서브유닛(sm-M20)을 포함합니다.
MYPT1과 MYPT2 두 가지 isoform이 존재하며, MYPT1은 광범위하게 발현되고 MYPT2는 심장, 골격근, 뇌에 특이적으로 존재할 수 있습니다. 각 MYPT isoform은 PP1c-delta와 결합하여 인산화효소 활성을 증가시킵니다. [NCBI]
