DNAiso Reagent allows simple and easy extraction of genomic DNA from samples such as plant tissue, animal tissue, cultured cells, bacteria, and yeast. Tissue or cells can be homogenized in DNAiso reagent, then ethanol is added to precipitate the genomic DNA. Genomic DNA extracted with DNAiso reagent can be used in various downstream applications, such as PCR, Southern blotting, or genomic library preparation.
