For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The ubiquitin (Ub) pathway involves three enzymatic steps that enable conjugation of Ub and Ub-like molecules to specific substrates:

1. E1 enzyme activates the Ub C-terminus using ATP.
2. E2 enzyme (UBE2E3) forms an intermediate Ub-E2 complex.
3. E3 ligase transfers Ub from E2 to the target protein.

UBE2E3 (also known as UBCH9) catalyzes ubiquitin attachment to other proteins and regulates transepithelial sodium transport in renal cells.
It may also be involved in cell growth arrest and shuttles between cytoplasm and nucleus in an IPO11-dependent manner.
UBE2E3 is expressed at low levels throughout the body and highly in skeletal muscle.
