ABS 033-04-02는 인간 시료에서 GLP-1(7-37) 및 GLP-1(7-36) 아미드의 N-말단을 인식합니다.
ELISA에서 성공적으로 사용되었으며, GLP-1(1-37), GLP-1(9-36) amide, glucagon, human GIP, exendin-4에 대해 0.2% 미만의 교차반응성을 보입니다.
Human GLP-2에 대해서는 약 1%의 교차반응을 나타냅니다.
Sandwich ELISA에는 권장되지 않습니다.
Note: 농도는 lot에 따라 0.85–1.15 mg/mL 범위로 변동될 수 있습니다.
Target Information
GCG (Glucagon gene)은 GLP-1 또는 Glucagon으로도 알려져 있습니다.
Glucagon은 29개의 아미노산으로 구성된 췌장 호르몬으로, glycogenolysis와 gluconeogenesis를 자극하여 인슐린의 혈당 강하 작용을 상쇄합니다.
GLP-1(7-37)은 preproglucagon 분자의 코돈 중 일부로부터 유래하며, 췌장 베타세포를 glucose-competent 상태로 만들어 제2형 당뇨병 치료에 유용할 수 있습니다.
또한 GLP-1은 강력한 인슐린 분비 촉진제로서 enteroinsular axis에서 중요한 역할을 합니다.
