The ProcartaPlex Non-Human Primate Th Panel 14plex enables research of T helper response by analyzing 14 protein targets in a single well using Luminex xMAP technology.
This panel is a module of the Non-Human Primate Cytokine/Chemokine/Growth Factor Panel 37plex (Cat. No. EPX370-40045-901) and is fully combinable with other modules or simplex assays in the 37-plex panel.

About ProcartaPlex Assays for the Luminex Platform

ProcartaPlex immunoassays are based on the principles of a sandwich ELISA, using two highly specific antibodies binding to different epitopes of one protein to quantitate all protein targets simultaneously on a Luminex instrument.

• Sample requirement: 25 μL (plasma/serum) or 50 μL (cell culture supernatant)

The Luminex beads are internally dyed with specific ratios of red and infrared fluorophores, creating unique spectral signatures identified by Luminex systems (e.g., Luminex 200, FLEXMAP 3D, MAGPIX).
Each bead is conjugated with antibodies specific to one target protein. Bound proteins are detected with biotinylated antibodies and streptavidin–R-phycoerythrin (RPE).
Unlike traditional ELISA, ProcartaPlex assays use bead-conjugated capture antibodies free-floating in solution, enabling efficient multiplexing.
