GNPDA2 (Glucosamine-6-phosphate deaminase)는 D-glucosamine-6-phosphate를 D-fructose-6-phosphate와 ammonium으로 가역적으로 전환시키는 알로스테릭 효소입니다. GNPDA2는 두 번째로 발견된 포유류 glucosamine-6-phosphate deaminase로, GNPDA1보다 E. coli 효소와 구조 및 활성 면에서 더 유사합니다. GNPDA1은 ammonium에 대한 친화도가 더 높아, D-glucosamine-6-phosphate를 D-fructose-6-phosphate와 ammonium으로 전환하는 반응 속도가 GNPDA2보다 느린 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
