Target Information
ZNF143 is a transcriptional activator that regulates the gene for selenocysteine tRNA (tRNAsec). It binds to the SPH motif of small nuclear RNA (snRNA) gene promoters and participates in efficient U6 RNA polymerase III transcription via interaction with CHD8.
