NUDT10은 PP-InsP5(디포스포이노시톨 펜타키스포스페이트)의 디포스페이트 그룹에서 베타-포스페이트를 절단하며, 신호 전달에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다. 또한 dinucleoside oligophosphates를 가수분해할 수 있으며, Ap6A 및 Ap5A가 선호되는 기질입니다. 주요 반응 생성물은 Ap6A로부터 ADP와 p4a, Ap5A로부터 ADP와 ATP입니다. 또한 5-phosphoribose 1-diphosphate를 가수분해할 수 있습니다.
