이 항체는 비특이적 결합을 최소화하기 위해 마우스, 말, 토끼, 소, 인간의 혈청 단백질에 대해 교차흡착 처리되었습니다.
교차흡착은 항체의 특이성을 높이고 배경 신호를 줄이기 위한 정제 단계로, 다중 염색 및 형광 실험에서 높은 정확도를 제공합니다.
사용 전 단백질 결합체 용액을 미세원심분리하여 상등액만 사용하면 비특이적 배경을 줄일 수 있습니다.
적절한 희석 배율은 실험 조건에 따라 경험적으로 결정해야 합니다.
특이성: 본 항체는 쥐 IgG의 heavy chain과 모든 쥐 면역글로불린의 light chain에 결합하며, 쥐 비면역글로불린 혈청 단백질이나 타종 혈청 단백질에는 결합하지 않습니다.
