Donkey anti-Rat IgG whole antibodies는 다양한 종의 혈청 단백질에 대해 교차흡착되어 비특이적 결합과 배경 염색을 최소화합니다.
이 과정은 항체의 특이성을 높여 멀티플렉스 또는 다색 형광 염색 실험에서 교차반응을 줄이는 데 유용합니다.

사용 시 주의사항:

사용 전 단백질 결합체 용액을 미세원심분리기로 짧게 원심분리 후 상등액만 사용합니다.
응용에 따라 적절한 항체 희석 배율을 실험적으로 결정해야 합니다.

특이성(Specificity):

본 항체는 Rat IgG의 heavy chain 및 모든 Rat immunoglobulin의 light chain에 결합합니다.
비면역글로불린 Rat serum protein이나 다른 종(bovine, goat, rabbit, mouse, chicken, guinea pig, hamster, horse, sheep, human)의 IgG에는 결합하지 않습니다.

Target Information

Anti-Rat secondary antibodies는 Rat immunoglobulin에 대한 특이적인 결합을 가지며, 검출, 분류 또는 정제에 유용합니다.
다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, fluorescence 등)에 적용 가능하며, 여러 개의 secondary antibody가 하나의 primary antibody에 결합함으로써 신호 증폭을 제공합니다.
대부분의 secondary antibody는 대상 종의 면역글로불린을 이용해 면역화된 후 친화성 정제 및 라벨링 과정을 거쳐 높은 특이성을 가진 시약으로 생산됩니다.
