이 항체는 비특이적 반응을 최소화하기 위해 여러 종의 혈청 단백질에 대해 교차흡착 처리되었습니다. 교차흡착은 항체의 특이성을 향상시켜 배경 염색 및 교차 반응을 줄여줍니다. 이러한 고도로 정제된 항체는 다중 형광 염색이나 내인성 Ig 존재 시에도 높은 정확도를 제공합니다.

사용 시 주의사항:

사용 전 단백질 용액을 미세 원심분리하여 상층액만 사용하십시오.
항체 희석 배율은 실험 조건에 따라 경험적으로 결정해야 합니다.

특이성(Specificity):
이 항체는 Rat IgG의 heavy chain과 모든 Rat immunoglobulin의 light chain에 결합합니다. 비면역 글로불린 Rat 혈청 단백질이나 다른 종의 IgG에는 결합하지 않습니다.

Target Information

Anti-Rat secondary antibody는 Rat immunoglobulin 검출, 분리, 정제에 사용되며, HRP, AP, 형광 등 다양한 검출 시스템에 적용 가능합니다. 여러 개의 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합하여 신호 증폭을 통해 높은 민감도를 제공합니다. 대부분의 2차 항체는 표적 종의 면역글로불린을 면역시켜 얻으며, 면역친화 크로마토그래피나 라벨 결합 등을 통해 특이성을 강화합니다.
