Target Information
SARS-CoV-2 (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2), also known as 2019-nCoV, is a virus that causes illnesses ranging from mild cold-like symptoms to severe respiratory distress and death.

The S1 domain contains a receptor-binding domain (RBD) that binds specifically to ACE2 receptors on target cells.
