For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The FOLH1 gene encodes a type II transmembrane glycoprotein of the M28 peptidase family. This protein functions as a glutamate carboxypeptidase acting on substrates such as folate and N-acetyl-L-aspartyl-L-glutamate. It is expressed in tissues including prostate, nervous system, and kidney.
Mutations may lead to impaired folate absorption and hyperhomocysteinemia. In the prostate, FOLH1 is upregulated in cancerous cells, serving as a diagnostic and prognostic marker for prostate cancer. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
