Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

ATIC (5-aminoimidazole-4-carboxamide ribonucleotide formyltransferase) catalyzes the penultimate and final steps in the de novo purine biosynthetic pathway.
The human ATIC cDNA encodes a 591-amino acid protein, showing 81% identity to the chicken sequence.
