Target Information
뎅기열(Dengue fever) 및 뎅기 출혈열은 열대 및 아프리카 지역에서 발생하는 급성 열성 질환입니다. Flavivirus 속, Flaviviridae과에 속하는 네 가지 혈청형 중 하나에 의해 발생하며, 각 혈청형은 상호 보호 효과가 없어 다중 혈청형에 의한 유행(hyperendemicity)이 가능합니다. 뎅기 바이러스는 주로 낮 동안 흡혈하는 Aedes aegypti 모기에 의해 사람에게 전파되며, 드물게 Aedes albopictus도 매개할 수 있습니다.
