Product Specific Information
The monoclonal antibody R2B-7C3 recognizes Rat IgG2b antibodies and can be used as a secondary reagent in flow cytometry and microscopy.
It does not recognize other rat isotypes and shows no cross-reactivity with mouse IgG2b or other mouse isotypes.

Applications Tested:
This antibody has been tested in IHC of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections stained with a rat IgG2b anti-human antibody.
Recommended use at ≤10 µg/mL, with titration for optimal performance.
