Immunogen
Clone M549은 phospho-NLRC4 (Ser-533) 합성 펩타이드(캐리어 결합)를 면역원으로 사용하여 제작되었습니다. 해당 서열은 mouse NLRC4의 serine 533 주변 아미노산에 해당하며, human 및 rat NLRC4와 높은 상동성을 가지며 다른 NLR family 구성원과는 상동성이 없습니다.
Product Specific Information
이 항체는 PMA로 분화된 THP1 human macrophages의 SDS-PAGE immunoblot에서 110 kDa 단백질을 검출합니다. 또한 mouse recombinant phospho-NLRC4 (Ser-533) 펩타이드를 인식하지만, lambda phosphatase 처리 후에는 해당 펩타이드를 검출하지 않습니다.
