Description:
The eBioV.7C7 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse endomucin, a 75 kDa type I integral membrane protein identified as an endothelial cell marker. Endomucin belongs to the sialomucin family with extensive O-linked glycosylation. It is expressed on endothelial cells except in high endothelial venules (HEV) of secondary lymphoid organs. It is also expressed on CD34⁺c-Kit⁺Sca-1⁺Lin⁻ hematopoietic progenitors capable of multilineage long-term hematopoietic reconstitution.

Applications Reported:

• Reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested:

• Tested by flow cytometric analysis of bEnd.3 cells.
• Recommended use ≤ 1.0 µg/test (in 100 µL final volume).
• Optimal antibody titration is recommended for best performance.
• Typical cell count range: 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test.
