Target Information
CDK2/cyclinO는 CyclinO와 복합체를 이루는 사이클린 의존성 단백질 키나제 계열의 구성원입니다. CyclinO는 UNG 유전자의 특정 단백질 아이소폼으로 핵에만 존재하며, uracil-DNA glycosylase 활성을 나타냅니다. CDK2/cyclinO 단백질 수준은 G1기 동안 증가하고 세포 주기 진행 중 분해됩니다. Cyclin A-cdk2 수준은 G1/S 전이 시점에서 최대이며, 두 단백질 모두 DNA 복제 개시 복합체와 결합되어 있습니다. Rb 단백질은 cdk2-cyclin E 및/또는 cdk2-cyclin A의 기질로 작용하며, cdk2는 G1 후반기, S기, G2기에 활성화되어 핵 내로 특이적으로 이동합니다.
