For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1×10⁶ cells in 100 µL.
Rat anti-Mouse IgG2a:Biotin, clone LO-MG2a-7 recognizes the gamma 2a heavy chain of mouse immunoglobulin and does not cross-react with other murine immunoglobulin classes or subclasses.

Target Information

Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins and are useful in detection, sorting, or purification of the specified target.
Secondary antibodies offer increased versatility, enabling use with various detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence). They also provide greater sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
Most commonly, secondary antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species, then purified and modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to generate highly specific reagents.
