Rat anti-Mouse IgG1 Heavy Chain antibody, clone LO-MG1-2 recognizes murine IgG1 and does not bind other mouse immunoglobulin classes or subclasses.
Target Information
Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins.
They are useful in detection, sorting, or purification of the specified target.
Secondary antibodies provide:
- Increased versatility for multiple detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence)
- Greater sensitivity via signal amplification
Typically generated by immunizing the host with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species, followed by purification and optional modifications (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, label conjugation).
