This antibody can be used in direct ELISA or as a detection reagent in sandwich ELISA together with MA5-16782 as the capture antibody.
Rat anti-Mouse IgG1 Heavy Chain antibody, clone LO-MG1-2, specifically recognizes murine IgG1 and does not bind other mouse immunoglobulin classes or subclasses.

Target Information

Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified and characterized for specificity toward mouse immunoglobulins.
They are valuable for detection, sorting, or purification of target proteins and support multiple detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence).
Secondary antibodies enhance sensitivity via signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
Typically, they are generated by immunizing host animals with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, label conjugation) to yield highly specific reagents.
