Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

BDH2는 2,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid (2,5-DHBA) 형성을 매개하는 탈수소효소로, 철 흡수 및 항상성 유지에 핵심적인 역할을 수행합니다. 이 단백질은 LCN2와 결합하여 세균 감염에 대한 감수성에 영향을 미치며, 병원성 세균이 철을 흡수할 수 있는 경로를 제공합니다. 또한 3-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase로도 작용합니다. [UniProt]
