TLR3.7 단클론 항체는 인간 Toll-like receptor 3 (TLR3)에 반응합니다. TLR3는 dsRNA를 인식하여 NF-κB 활성화와 Type I 인터페론 생산을 유도합니다.
TLR3.7 항체는 A549 및 MRC5 세포주를 대상으로 한 세포내 염색 및 유세포분석에 시험되었습니다. ≤1 µg/test로 사용하며, 세포 수는 실험 조건에 따라 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test 범위 내에서 조정할 수 있습니다. 최적 성능을 위해 항체 희석을 신중히 조정해야 합니다.

Target Information
TLR3 (Toll-like receptor 3, CD283)는 병원체 인식과 선천면역 활성화에 핵심적인 역할을 하는 TLR 계열의 구성원입니다. TLR3는 dsRNA를 인식하여 NF-κB 및 IRF-3를 활성화하고 Type I 인터페론 및 염증성 사이토카인을 유도합니다.
주로 태반과 췌장에서 발현되며, 수지상세포 아형에 제한적으로 존재합니다. TLR3는 MyD88 대신 TRIF를 이용한 신호경로를 통해 면역 반응을 매개합니다. 또한 Influenza A 및 West Nile Virus 등 바이러스 감염 시 방어 반응에 관여합니다.
