- 본 항체는 서열 상동성에 기반하여 침팬지, 붉은털원숭이, 생쥐, 랫드, 돼지, 개, 소, 말에서도 반응할 것으로 예측됩니다.
- 비환원 조건에서는 약 150 kDa의 밴드로, 환원 조건에서는 약 25 kDa의 경쇄와 50 kDa의 중쇄 밴드로 확인됩니다.
- 재조합 토끼 단클론 항체는 면역반응성 토끼의 항체 DNA 서열을 클로닝하여 in vitro 발현 시스템에서 생산됩니다.
- 장점: 높은 특이도와 민감도, 로트 간 일관성, 동물 유래 성분이 없는 조성, 넓은 면역 반응성.
Target Information
Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) 신호전달은 TNF 수용체(TNFR)가 어댑터 단백질인 TRAF와 결합함으로써 매개됩니다.
TRAF 단백질은 TNF 수용체 슈퍼패밀리(RANK, CD30, CD40 등) 및 인터루킨-1 수용체의 신호 전달을 매개하는 세포질 어댑터 단백질 패밀리입니다.
TRAF3는 원래 CRAF1로 명명되었으며, CD40의 세포질 꼬리 영역과 직접 상호작용합니다. TRAF3는 PEQET 서열을 포함하는 단일 부위에 결합하며, TRAF1 및 TRAF2는 추가적인 도메인에도 결합할 수 있습니다.
