Gibco™ CTS™ PSC Cryopreservation Kit

The CTS PSC Cryopreservation Kit is cGMP manufactured and designed for the cryopreservation and recovery of pluripotent stem cells (PSCs).
It consists of two components:

• CTS PSC Cryomedium: a xeno-free solution for cryopreserving early passage PSCs
• CTS RevitaCell Supplement (100X): a chemically defined recovery supplement for post-thaw culture medium

Together, these reagents help minimize cell viability loss, maximize post-thaw recovery, and reduce unwanted differentiation of PSCs.

The CTS PSC Cryopreservation Kit achieves higher viability than traditional cryopreservation methods.
It is compatible with clump and single-cell passaged PSCs cultured in various media systems.
CTS PSC Cryomedium is a ready-to-use solution containing 10% DMSO, eliminating the need for additional reagents and saving preparation time.

Facilitates regulatory filings

Manufactured under cGMP for medical devices (21 CFR Part 820) at an FDA-registered, ISO 13485-certified site.
Provides full documentation traceability and access to a Drug Master File (DMF) for regulatory support.

Simplifies transition from bench to clinic

Offers the same efficiency and consistency as the RUO PSC Cryopreservation Kit, with added safety testing (including adventitious agents), enabling a smooth transition to clinical applications.
