Target Information
CRACR2A는 T 세포에서 store-operated Ca(2+) entry (SOCE)에 중요한 역할을 하는 Ca(2+)-결합 단백질입니다. 낮은 Ca(2+) 농도에서 ORAI1과 STIM1의 클러스터링을 촉진하며, CRAC 채널 활성화, 단백질 이동 및 복합체 형성을 조절합니다. 세포질 Ca(2+) 농도가 증가하면 CRACR2A는 ORAI1 및 STIM1로부터 분리되어 복합체를 불안정화시킵니다.
