Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
BTN1A1 (Butyrophilin) is the major protein associated with fat droplets in milk and belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily. It may function as a cell surface receptor. The human butyrophilin gene is localized in the MHC class I region of chromosome 6p and likely evolved by exon shuffling between two ancestral gene families.
