Product Description

이 키트는 세포 배양액 시료로부터 엑소좀을 정제하고, 엑소좀 RNA를 추출하는 올인원 시스템입니다.
Norgen의 독자적 수지를 이용한 스핀 컬럼 크로마토그래피 기반으로, 특수 장비나 유기용매, 단백질 침전 시약이 필요하지 않습니다.
50–100 µL 범위의 유연한 용출 부피를 지원하며, 정제된 RNA는 단백질 결합 RNA가 없는 고순도 상태로 다양한 하류 응용에 사용 가능합니다.
적용 예: Real-time PCR, RT-PCR, Northern blotting, RNase protection assay, primer extension, expression array 등.
