Target Information
JunD는 JunD 유전자에 의해 암호화된 전사 인자로, 세포 스트레스에 대한 인산화 조절을 통해 JNK/SAPK 경로에 의해 활성화됩니다.
Jun 단백질은 Fos, ATF, CREB 계열 전사 인자와 이합체를 형성하여 AP-1 복합체를 이루며, 세포 성장, 분화, 사멸 등 다양한 유전자 발현을 조절합니다.
또한 IGF-1 신호전달 경로 조절을 통해 대사 과정에서도 중요한 역할을 합니다.
