Detects Chp1 with a predicted molecular weight of approximately 109 kDa.
Target Information
CHP1 regulates centrosome duplication, likely by inhibiting ROCK2 kinase activity. It acts as a co-chaperone for HSP90 and may regulate NOD1 via the HSP90 complex. Exhibits intrinsic chaperone activity in vitro and may prevent tumorigenesis by inhibiting ROCK2–NPM1 association. Involved in stress response mechanisms.
