Target Information
SNAPs (soluble NSF attachment proteins)은 SNAREs (SNAP receptors) 및 NSF (N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive fusion protein)와 함께 작용하여 소포체 수송, 시냅스 전달, 골지체 내 수송, 엔도솜 융합 및 세포막 수송 등에서 소포 융합에 필수적인 역할을 합니다.
Vesicle과 target membrane의 docking은 vesicle SNARE가 target SNARE에 결합할 때 시작되며, α-SNAP이 이 복합체에 결합하여 NSF의 결합과 20S 융합 복합체 형성을 매개합니다. 이후 NSF의 ATP 가수분해가 융합 과정을 개시하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
