Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The IKZF3 gene encodes Aiolos, a member of the Ikaros family of zinc-finger proteins. These hematopoietic-specific transcription factors (Ikaros, Aiolos, Helios) regulate lymphocyte development.
Aiolos plays a key role in B lymphocyte proliferation and differentiation and can form homo- and heterodimers with Ikaros to modulate chromatin remodeling and gene expression.
Multiple alternative transcripts encoding different isoforms have been identified.
