Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The IKZF3 gene encodes a member of the Ikaros family of zinc-finger proteins. These hematopoietic-specific transcription factors (Ikaros, Aiolos, Helios) regulate lymphocyte development.
IKZF3 functions as a transcription factor critical for B lymphocyte proliferation and differentiation. It participates in chromatin remodeling and forms various homo- and heterodimers (Ikaros/Aiolos combinations).
Multiple alternative transcripts encoding distinct isoforms have been identified.
