Target Information
AGR2 (anterior gradient protein 2)와 AGR3는 anterior gradient homolog family에 속하는 단백질로, 전이 유도 및 p53 종양 억제 인자 억제에 관여하는 분비성 세포질 단백질입니다. 이들은 호르몬 반응성 유방 종양의 분자 마커 및 잠재적 치료 표적으로 연구되고 있습니다. AGR2는 전반적으로 발현되며, 전립선암, 유방암, 폐암, 신장암, 자궁내막암에서 발현이 증가합니다. 또한 AGR2 발현은 에스트로겐 수용체(ER) 발현과 양의 상관관계를 보이고, 표피 성장 인자 수용체(EGFR) 발현과는 음의 상관관계를 가집니다.
