Target Information
AGR2 (anterior gradient protein 2)와 AGR3는 anterior gradient homolog family에 속하는 단백질로, 세포 내에서 분비되는 단백질입니다. 이들은 전이 유도 및 p53 종양 억제 단백질의 억제에 관여하며, 호르몬 반응성 유방 종양의 분자 마커 및 잠재적 치료 표적으로 연구되고 있습니다.
AGR2는 다양한 암종(전립선암, 유방암, 폐암, 신장암, 자궁내막암 등)에서 발현이 증가하며, 에스트로겐 수용체(ER) 발현과는 양의 상관관계, 표피 성장 인자 수용체(EGFR) 발현과는 음의 상관관계를 보입니다.
