Target Information
PACS2는 다기능성 소팅 단백질로서, 소포체(ER)와 미토콘드리아 간의 통신을 조절하며, ER 항상성을 유지합니다. 또한 세포 사멸 유도 인자에 반응하여 BIB를 미토콘드리아로 이동시켜 미토콘드리아 BID 절단, 시토크롬 c 방출, caspase-3 활성화를 유도하여 세포 사멸을 일으킵니다. PACS2는 또한 이온 채널 트래픽킹에도 관여하며, 산성 클러스터를 포함한 이온 채널을 특정 세포 소기관으로 운반합니다.
