Target Information
CD86는 CTLA4 및 CD28의 두 리간드 중 하나로, 항원 제시 과정에서 T 세포 도움을 유도하는 공동자극 분자로 작용합니다. 충분한 공동자극 없이 CD86/CD80이 관여하지 않을 경우 면역 관용이 유도될 수 있습니다.
CD86은 면역글로불린 수퍼패밀리에 속하는 type I 막 단백질로, 항원 제시 세포에 의해 발현되며 T 세포 표면의 CD28 및 CTLA4 단백질과 결합합니다.
CD86과 CD28의 결합은 T 세포 활성화를 위한 공동자극 신호를 제공하며, CD86과 CTLA4의 결합은 T 세포 활성화를 음성 조절하여 면역 반응을 약화시킵니다.
CD86은 대체 스플라이싱을 통해 서로 다른 두 가지 아이소폼을 생성하며, 일부 추가 전사 변이체도 보고되었습니다.
CD86 기능 이상은 담낭 편평상피암 및 심근염과 관련이 있습니다.
