- IHC (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직 절편의 염색 시, 10 mM Tris와 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후, 실온에서 20분간 냉각합니다.
Target Information
IgM은 B 림프구 발생의 초기 단계에서 세포 내에 발현되며, 이후 골수 및 말초 B 세포의 표면에서 발현됩니다.
