- IHC (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다. 포르말린 고정 조직의 염색 시, 10mM Tris 및 1mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C에서 45분간 가열 후, 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 항원 복원 단계를 수행해야 합니다.

IgM은 B 림프구 발생 초기 단계에서 세포 내에 발현되며, 이후 골수 및 말초 B 세포의 표면에 존재합니다.
