• Each lot is tested for sensitivity using ELISA and specificity using immunoelectrophoresis (IEP).
• Rehydrate with 1.1 mL of deionized water; let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature to dissolve.
• Centrifuge to remove particulates and prepare fresh working dilution daily.
• Product stability: 1 year from date of receipt.
• No reactivity observed to non-immunoglobulin human serum proteins or light chains on all human immunoglobulins.

Target Information

Anti-Human secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for human immunoglobulins.
They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of target proteins and offer versatility for multiple detection systems such as HRP, AP, and fluorescence.
Signal amplification is achieved as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
These antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, conjugation) for high specificity.
